MAILING A SAMPLE
How to send a sample
Book your scan first, then send your sample so it's ready for your appointment.

Hair: 3-4 strands cut close to the skin. For horses, mane or tail hair works.
Saliva: Rub a cotton swab inside the cheek and let it air-dry.
Label it: put both in one zip-top bag with your name, your animal's name, species, gender, birth date if know, and your phone number.

Good to know
Does my animal need to come in?
No. Everything is done from the hair and saliva sample, so your animal stays comfortable at home.
I don't live near Mountain Home. Can I still book?
Yes. Mail in your sample and we'll review results by phone or video.
What animals can you scan?
Dogs, cats, horses, cattle, goats, and other pets and livestock. If you're not sure, just ask.
Does this replace my veterinarian?
No. Animal scans are a wellness service meant to support your vet's care, not replace it.
