Personalized Bioenergetic Imprints
This is one of the several major differentiating factors of my Qest4 device from other bioenergetic devices.
One of the unique capabilities of the QEST4 system is the ability to create a personalized bioenergetic imprint (tincture) during your appointment that is based on information selected during your assessment.
Selected digital signatures can then be transferred from the device to an imprint (tincture) designed to provide continued exposure to that energetic information between visits.

You can think of the imprint as the energetic "nudge" your body needs to recognize that same energetic signature in your body. Hi, I’m Kaitlin Czanstkowski, MFN — Founder of 7 Point Health and Wellness. I’ve always believed that the body is designed to heal when given what it needs. That belief grew deeper after watching both of my parents, family members and friends battle cancer. Their journeys revealed a hard truth: modern medicine can treat symptoms, but genuine healing requires more—prevention, nourishment, lifestyle, and a holistic understanding of how the mind, body, and spirit work together. I knew something had to change, and I wanted to be part of that change.
I earned a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Exercise Science from the University of Arkansas, later continuing my education with my Master's in Functional and Integrative Nutrition, Certified Naturopathy Practitioner, and a Certified Bioenergetic Practitioner. At the heart of my practice is the NIBLETS model, a 7-Point framework that uncovers hidden stressors and healing opportunities within the body. I believe God created the body with incredible wisdom, and my role is to help you restore what He designed to work in perfect balance.
Outside of the clinic, I’m a mom to a beautiful daughter who inspires every step I take. My commitment to whole-body healing is not just professional—it’s personal, it’s faith-rooted, and it’s my calling.
